OUR PURPOSE
Red Pill is led by Jonathan Lange, whose career has been shaped by advising, building and operating complex real estate businesses across cycles.
Prior to founding Red Pill, Jonathan co-led the life science platform and oversaw the Los Angeles region at Boston Properties, helped found a technology venture, and became one of the youngest vice presidents in the firm’s history at JLL.
Across acquisitions, development and platform formation, he has structured over $8 billion of commercial real estate transactions alongside institutional U.S., sovereign wealth and private capital funds.
Jonathan’s approach emphasizes authenticity and antifragility — principles that define Red Pill’s culture and guide how the firm chooses to partner, invest and lead.
